For concrete
Adhesive
PowerGel® S1+ Ultra White
$130 / 20 kg
Glass is translucent, so adhesive colour shows through. Ultra-white keeps the glass colour true. Flexible C2TE S1 (EN 12004), tested for adhesion after water immersion and freeze-thaw.
Coverage depends on trowel size and substrate. A 6 mm notched trowel is recommended. Call us and we'll size your order.
Demanding substrates
Epoxy adhesive
PowerGel® Pro Max Ultra White
$160 / 5 kg
Ultra-white R2T epoxy adhesive for fiberglass, steel and other substrates where an epoxy adhesive is called for.
Ask us which adhesive suits your substrate.

Waterproofing
SafetyGel® membrane
$320 / 10 kg
Adhesive doesn't waterproof a pool. SafetyGel is the membrane designed to go under PowerGel S1+ as one system.
Coverage depends on your substrate. Call us.
Prefer joints that almost disappear? Starlike® Crystal is a translucent alternative. Or browse all Starlike® Pro colours.
Tools for epoxy grout
In pools, tile walls first, then steps, then the floor. Clean with ordinary household or pool-tile detergents; avoid abrasive tools and high-pressure jets.
FAQ
Questions about Delphinus
Still unsure? Call 1-800-866-0695. We help pool builders and homeowners across Canada and the eastern US.
What is Delphinus pool tile?
Delphinus is a blue and glow-in-the-dark glow-in-the-dark glass mosaic pool tile from the Fosfo Collection: 1 × 1 in (25 mm) glass mosaic tiles, 4.6 mm thick, made in Spain from recycled glass. It is sold by the full box: 13 sheets covering 21.5 sq ft, at $33.75 per sq ft ($725.63 per box, CAD).
How many boxes of Delphinus do I need?
Each box covers 21.5 sq ft. Add about 10% to your measured area for cuts and waste, divide by 21.5 and round up. For example, a 6" waterline on a 16 × 32 ft pool (48 sq ft) needs 3 boxes and 3 containers of grout.
What grout goes best with Delphinus?
Starlike® Pro 63 Nettuno. Plan one 2.5 kg container of Starlike® Pro per box of 25 mm tile (21.5 sq ft). For nearly invisible joints, choose Starlike® Crystal.
Which adhesive should I use with Delphinus?
On concrete, use an ultra-white C2TE adhesive or better. PowerGel® S1+ (C2TE S1) is our go-to, and its white colour keeps translucent glass bright. For fiberglass, steel or other demanding substrates, ask us about PowerGel® Pro Max epoxy adhesive.
