Here is how long delivery takes, how shipping is calculated and how pickup works. We ship within Canada only. If you have a deadline, call us before you order and we will check stock and timing for you.

How long does delivery take?
These are estimates, and they already include the time we need to prepare your order. Deliveries do not happen on weekends or holidays.

What does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated at checkout from the weight of your order and your postal code. You see the exact cost at checkout before you pay.
Free on in stock orders of $1,000 or more
In stock orders of $1,000 or more ship free in Canada.
Free on orders of $5,000 or more with special order tile
When your whole order, in stock and special order together, is $5,000 or more and includes special order tile, your entire order ships free in Canada.
Calculated at checkout
Shipping is calculated at checkout from the weight of your order and your postal code. Orders that do not ship free pay a minimum shipping charge of $39 in Canada.
Delivering to a commercial loading dock? Tick Commercial dock delivery at checkout and the residential and tailgate charges come off. For a large or unusual order, our team can help with a custom shipping quote. We ship within Canada only. Customers in the USA can order from PoolTile.us.
Pickup in Mississauga
Our Mississauga warehouse is for pickup only. Please read this before you go.
- Pickup is free.
- There is no showroom. The warehouse is for pickup only, and you cannot place an order or buy anything there.
- Place your order with us and pay in full first.
- Wait for your pickup number. We usually send it about 24 hours in advance, and your order is ready to collect only after you receive it.
- Not every item is stocked in Mississauga, so pickup is not always possible.
- Need it sooner? Rush pickup ($65) can be chosen at checkout when the warehouse can accommodate it. Details are in the warehouse box.

Mississauga pickup warehouse (Rosedale)

Your order must be paid in full with us, and you must receive your pickup number first, usually about 24 hours in advance, before your order is ready to collect. Not every item is stocked in Mississauga.
Need it sooner? Choose Rush pickup at checkout for $65, and your order is ready in under 24 hours, usually the same day if you order before 11 AM Eastern. It is only available when the warehouse can accommodate it, and we cannot guarantee it.

Good to know about delivery
Curbside delivery
Delivery is curbside. Delays can happen, and PoolTile.ca cannot be held responsible for delays in shipping.
Where we deliver
We deliver within Canada to residential and commercial addresses only, no P.O. boxes. Someone must be on site to receive the delivery.
Booking and tracking
A driver will call you to book a delivery date and time once your order has left our warehouse. You get a tracking number when one is available.
Customs, duties and taxes
You only pay what you see at checkout. For special order and backorder items, we pay any import customs and duties, so there are no surprise fees after checkout.
Check for damage
Look over your delivery before the driver leaves. Note any damage on the carrier’s delivery receipt, then report it to us within 48 hours with photos, at contact@pooltile.ca. Please keep all packaging.
Returns
By default we do not offer refunds or returns. If we agree to take something back, you need our prior approval first, it must be within 14 days of delivery, and a 35% restocking fee applies. See the returns and refunds page.
Samples
A sample is 3 x 4 in and costs $5, and the $5 is credited toward your tile order. Samples ship free within Canada by UPS and arrive in 2 to 5 business days.
