PoolTile.ca Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All in stock orders are processed within 3 business days. Please contact us to find out what we have in stock, before placing a time-sensitive order. Backordered and out of stock items will take approximately 8 weeks for delivery.
In-Stock items will arrive in 7-10 business days within Canada. Expect 21 days for delivery to the USA for all in-stock tiles.
Backordered, out of stock, and custom orders will take approximately 8 weeks to arrive.

Deliveries do not occur on weekends or holidays.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
A flat shipping fee applies to most orders (price in CAD $)
Eastern Canada: $195
Western Canada: $385
Atlantic Canada: $685
Shipping to USA: $825
*Delivery service is ‘curb side’. Delivery delays may occur. PoolTile.ca can not be held liable for delays in shipping.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Delivery is to residential and commercial addresses only. No P.O. boxes allowed. Someone must be on site to receive the delivery. A driver will call you to schedule a time.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
A driver will call you to book a delivery date and time once your order has left our warehouse. You will receive a shipment confirmation and tracking number only if available.
Customs, duties, and taxes
PoolTile.ca is not responsible for any additional customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.) if applicable.
PoolTile.ca is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim. Please take photos of the damage before opening the shipment.
International Shipping Policy
We only ship to the continental US and Canada.
We do not offer returns or refunds of any kind. We suggest you order samples first. Please be sure to measure accurately to avoid overbuying. We do not take back overbought items. For more information please see our Returns Policy here.
