Pink is a delicate base colour. The water, the sky and the sun change it a lot, so here is what to expect.
A gentle blush
Pale pinks usually look soft and subtle in water, like a light blush or a pearly pale aqua, not bright pink.
Pearly finishes shift
Pearly and iridescent pinks move between pink, cream and soft blue as the light and your viewing angle change.
Lovely as an accent
Pink works well as a waterline band, a spa or a feature wall, mixed with a calmer main colour.

Will a pink tile pool look pink?
Usually it looks soft, warm and pearly, with a gentle blush in the right light, rather than strongly pink. The depth, the sun and the sky change it, so a wet sample is the best guide.

What is the difference between 25 mm and 50 mm tile?
25 mm tile is glass mosaic on 12 x 19 in sheets, 4.6 mm thick, and a box covers 21.5 sq ft. 50 mm tile is 5.5 mm thick and a box covers 15.6 sq ft. The larger 50 mm tile has fewer grout joints, and the 25 mm tile gives a finer, more detailed look.
What does special order mean?
A special order tile is not in stock right now. You can still order it online, and it usually takes about 8 to 10 weeks to arrive. Call 1-800-866-0695 and we can confirm the timing for your tile first.
How much are samples and how long do they take?
A sample is 3 x 4 in and costs $5, and the $5 is credited toward your tile order. Sample shipping is free in Canada by UPS and takes 2 to 5 business days across Canada. See ordering samples.
How long does delivery take?
Tiles that are in stock usually arrive in 3 to 5 business days in eastern Canada and 7 to 12 business days in western Canada. Special order tiles take about 8 to 10 weeks. These are estimates, so call 1-800-866-0695 if you have a deadline and we will confirm the timing for you.
How many boxes do I need?
Measure the surface in square feet and divide by the coverage of one box: 21.5 sq ft for 25 mm tile and 15.6 sq ft for 50 mm tile. The pool tile calculator does this for you, and we are happy to check your numbers.
Can I mix different tiles in one pool?
Yes. Many pools use a main colour with an accent or waterline band. Order samples of each tile, set them side by side, and call 1-800-866-0695 if you would like help with the layout.
