Our goal is to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that circumstances may arise that require a return.

 

To help ensure that you are making the proper selection, we strongly recommend ordering samples in advance. This allows you to compare our products with other choices before committing to a purchase. 

 

Here is our return policy:

 

For items that are in stock, you may cancel your order for a full refund, provided it has not yet been dispatched. Please note that orders are only dispatched once payment has been made in full. If your order has already left our warehouse, a 35% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. You will be responsible for paying all shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if you choose to use our shipping carrier. Returns will only be accepted within 30 days from the purchase date.

 

Please ensure you received the correct items before opening them. Opened boxes or containers are not eligible to be returned. Please inspect your delivery for damage before signing the acceptance slip. If goods arrive damaged, do not sign for them, and note the damage on the paperwork from the delivery company. Immediately take photos and send them to contact@pooltile.ca. We will figure out the best way to resolve the issue and, if necessary, replace the damaged products.

 

Please be aware that special and back-ordered items are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable. To place a special order or backorder, full payment is required before the order will begin processing. The estimated delivery time for special and back-ordered items is approximately 8-10 weeks.
